Description
The Technical Operator will operate and start up production machines, resolve malfunctions, set up and adjust equipment, prepare products and raw materials, check production against recipes and quality requirements, clear robots, pack and label products, and complete production administration. The role is based in the Hoogstraten region, pays €18–€20 per hour plus shift premiums, and requires technical secondary education or technical aptitude, industrial-machine operating skills, fluent Dutch, willingness to work three shifts, accuracy, responsibility, communication skills, and adherence to safety and hygiene regulations.
