Description
The Glass Production Operator manages and monitors glass-production machines and installations, including mixers, the glass furnace, tin bath, and annealing lehr. The role operates production processes, monitors temperature and pressure, responds to deviations, resolves malfunctions with the technical department, records production data, converts lines to other product types, performs minor maintenance and cleaning, and follows safety, environmental, and quality regulations. The position requires production-environment experience, technical insight, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work in a continuous shift system, with five rotating shift schedules and a starting wage of €18.50 plus shift allowance, meal vouchers, group insurance, hospitalization insurance, vacation days, and training opportunities.
