The Machine Setup Operator will set up and adjust pharmaceutical production machines and plants, oversee system start-ups, handle changeovers, monitor production quality, document anomalies, and perform cleaning and preparation. The role works in continuous shift operations in Berlin-Spandau and requires technical understanding, reliability, conscientiousness, and willingness to learn; initial experience is an advantage. German language skills are helpful, and the position offers up to €23.00 per hour plus corporate benefits.
