TIME to Care is hiring a Machine Setup Operator to set up, reconfigure, and prepare production machines and systems; change tools, fixtures, and components; conduct test runs and quality checks; correct minor malfunctions; document changeovers; and contribute to maintenance. The role requires technical understanding, hands-on dexterity, independent and reliable work, quality awareness, and teamwork, with prior setup, machine, or plant operator experience preferred. It offers an unlimited employment contract, an hourly wage starting from €17.00, and up to 30 vacation days.
