Description
The Machine Setup Operator (Injection Molding) will set up and configure injection molding machines, change tools and inserts, commission and optimize machines, monitor thermoplastic and elastomer production, perform dimensional and visual inspections, and maintain quality standards. The role requires plastics or rubber technology training, professional injection-molding setup-operator experience, strong technical knowledge, and very good German; Arburg-machine knowledge, elastomer experience, and a crane operator’s license are advantageous. The position pays from €20.27 per hour and follows a regulated three-shift system.
