The role involves setting up, retooling, and operating production machines; monitoring production and product quality; troubleshooting malfunctions; performing maintenance; and documenting machine and process data. Candidates need completed technical training, machine-setup experience in metalworking or ideally spring manufacturing, technical understanding, shift availability, and a responsible working style. The position offers hourly pay from €18.00 gross, a permanent employment contract, long-term assignments, and potential hiring opportunities.
