The employer is seeking a Machine Setup Technician for a customer company in the electronics industry in Nuremberg, starting as soon as possible. The role involves setting up, adjusting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment such as bonding machines, SMD placement machines, and sintering systems; adjusting parameters for quality deviations; supplying materials during high-volume periods; and performing component quality inspections. Candidates need completed vocational training in machine and plant operation, industrial mechanics, mechatronics, or an equivalent qualification, professional machine setup experience in an industrial company, and willingness to work a three-shift schedule. The position offers €23.23 per hour with progression to over €28 per hour and bonuses, plus a permanent employment contract.
