General Matter is hiring a Machine Shop Manager to own the floor of a new manufacturing facility. The role manages daily machining, fabrication, and CNC production; translates production schedules into completed parts; oversees machinists, machine operators, fabricators, and CNC programmers; and drives machine utilization, on-time completion, scrap reduction, quality, and safety. The position requires at least seven years of CNC machine shop experience, including direct supervision, and offers a base salary of $110,000–$140,000 annually plus potential stock options and medical, vision, and dental coverage.
