Description
The CNC Machine Shop Supervisor will supervise the American Roto Tool machine shop, program and set up CNC machines, operate moderate-complexity jobs, train and lead employees, manage schedules and projects, troubleshoot equipment, and support continuous improvement and safety. The role requires at least three years of CNC machine operation or setup experience, at least four years of manufacturing experience, leadership experience, and a high school diploma, with a college diploma preferred.
