Dynamic Manufacturing is hiring a Machine Shop Supervisor to lead CNC machinists, operators, and support staff in a defect-free, on-time production environment. The role supervises and coaches employees, plans and assigns jobs, monitors attendance and staffing, coordinates with engineering, maintenance, metrology, quality, and other departments, and drives continuous improvement. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of CNC machining experience including two years in a lead or supervisory role, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and shop management software; CAD/CAM, IATF 16949, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma experience are preferred.
