Description
The Machine Technician will maintain and repair equipment on the DMMI Production 2A - GSR Line 3 Braze / Core Assembly (GA3) line, including TPM activities, root-cause analysis, machine stabilization, quality verification, and minor repairs. The role also involves communicating with support areas, leading associates during TPM activities, tracking downtime trends, implementing countermeasures, and training associates on complex and robotic machines. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, current Lead Associate II status or equivalent experience, successful completion of the Machine Technician Assessment, basic math and computer skills, and knowledge of machine repair, safety procedures, and relevant quality and environmental standards.
