The Rogers Group is hiring a Machinist in Clare, Michigan to operate and set up manual and CNC machines, including mills and lathes, in a manufacturing environment. The role involves running multiple machines, creating 2.5–5-axis toolpaths with Inventor CAM, monitoring programs, completing work orders and maintenance documentation, troubleshooting, and supporting quality and safety procedures. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of machining experience, blueprint-reading ability, and familiarity with Inventor CAM.
