Description
PaperShell is hiring a Production Operator for its Tibro facility to operate, optimize, and change over production machines and equipment, including laser and digital cutting machines, hydraulic presses, 5-axis CNC machines, and automation equipment. The role also involves commissioning new projects and products, machine and tool maintenance, quality control, material handling, and product packaging. Candidates need upper secondary education in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field, knowledge of PLC systems and robots, and Swedish and English language skills; production engineering, machining, maintenance, hydraulic press, and toolmaking experience are desirable. The position is permanent and full-time, based at the factory in Tibro.
