Description
Phillips is hiring a Haas Service Specialist to perform complex on-site troubleshooting, Certified Haas Annual Maintenance Programs, equipment inspections, service reporting, and customer-facing support for manufacturing equipment. The role requires mechanical and electrical skills, strong critical thinking and communication, customer ownership, and travel of up to 80% of the month between Monday and Friday. A mechatronics, machining, or engineering certificate or degree is a plus but not required; CNC, machine-tool, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics experience are also helpful. Compensation is $65,000 to $95,000 annually plus bonus opportunities, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, paid time off, family leave, disability coverage, and training benefits.
