Description
The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines; prepare machines for production; start and optimize production programs from engineering drawings and technological procedures; perform quality inspection; work with process engineers to improve cycle times; resolve operational issues; and perform basic machine maintenance. The role requires manual dexterity, technical aptitude, conscientiousness, accuracy, attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work a three-shift schedule. It is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week, an immediate start, and benefits including accommodation, a multisport card, a daily allowance, vacation, a children's group, and pension supplementary insurance.
