Apple is hiring an experienced Quality Engineer/SDET to own the test automation strategy for its Translate app and client products. The role involves defining testing strategies, tracking defects, analyzing test results, improving automation coverage, collaborating with engineering and QA teams, and mentoring peers. Candidates need at least five years of software testing experience focused on test automation, fluency in Swift, Java, or another object-oriented programming language, experience with client-side and UI testing technologies such as XCTest or XCUITest, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
