Description
PohlCon is hiring two Machinery Setup Technicians (m/f/d) for its Berlin production site to set up, retool, and optimize profiling and machining systems; adjust tools and process parameters; perform first-article inspections; analyze and fix malfunctions; and support quality, maintenance, and operating staff. The role requires technical vocational training, preferably in metalworking, and initial production experience, with a forklift license and overhead crane qualification preferred. The position offers an unlimited employment contract, holiday and Christmas bonuses, 30 days of vacation, and a monthly gross salary of EUR 3,200.00 to EUR 3,360.00.
