The employer is hiring a full-time Machines and plant operator in Werne to produce liquid, paste-like, and powdered baking mix products. The role involves operating and monitoring production plants, weighing and dosing raw materials, ensuring material availability, packing and palletizing finished products, using digital control and warehouse systems, performing cleaning and basic maintenance, and complying with hygiene, quality, and safety standards. Candidates should have vocational training in a technical or food-related field, production experience preferably in the food industry, and knowledge of hygiene and quality standards. The position is part of a 38-hour, three-shift operation with free weekends and includes direct placement with the client.
