BIG is hiring a Machines and Systems Operator – Coating to prepare materials, apply coating with a roller, operate and regulate the coating line, change rolls, perform quality checks and documentation, maintain and clean equipment, troubleshoot, and support new process and technology tests. The role requires willingness to work two or three shifts for 40 hours per week, technical affinity, reliability, teamwork, and German language skills; it offers permanent employment, pension, training, flexible hours, and performance-based pay.
