Description
The Manufacturing Engineer develops and improves CNC machining processes, owns assigned products and processes, resolves complex manufacturing issues, and supports quality, cost, schedule, and continuous-improvement objectives. Responsibilities include process and tooling design, CAD and GD&T interpretation, manufacturing documentation, troubleshooting, manufacturability reviews, CNC/CAM support, cost and productivity improvement, new-product introduction, and mentoring production personnel. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and typically 3–5 years of related manufacturing engineering experience, with CNC machining experience preferred.
