Description
Divergent is hiring an Advance Manufacturing Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between design/manufacturing engineering and production teams. The role leads machining, automated assembly, automated anodizing, inspection, and cleaning work centers; develops CNC programming, fixturing, DFM, metrology, and process-improvement initiatives; and supports machine integration and production scalability. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent hands-on experience, at least 8 years of aerospace or defense experience, and proficiency with CAD/CAM and CNC technologies. Compensation ranges from $91,800 to $168,300 USD, with health, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
