Description
The CNC Machine Operator performs machine setup and verification, dimensional and visual inspections, shift supervision, defect identification, maintenance coordination, production reporting, electronic production recordkeeping, Jidoka corrective actions, and support for operators and CNC adjusters. The role requires CNC machine preparation and adjustment knowledge, tooling knowledge, drawing interpretation, measuring-instrument use, problem-solving, tool-assembly knowledge, dimensional-analysis skills, electronic-report monitoring, and GD&T knowledge, and requires availability to rotate three shifts.
