Description
The Machining Methods Technician will report to the Methods Manager and serve as a liaison between the methods office and production workshops. The role focuses on defining, optimizing, and improving machining processes; preparing technical files; designing special tooling; programming and optimizing FANUC robots and production equipment; creating CAM programs with TOPSOLID; improving cutting strategies and cycle times; supporting new product industrialization; and coordinating with workshop teams. The position requires a Bac+2 to Bac+5 technical qualification in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrialization engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in machining, FANUC robot programming, cutting tools, CAD/CAM, and technical drawings.
