Description
Granite State Manufacturing is seeking a Machining Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain machining processes for large, complex CNC machined and welded components supporting defense and government programs. The role focuses on process improvement, technical leadership, fixture and tooling development, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with engineering, programming, quality, operations, and program management in a high-mix, low-to-medium volume manufacturing environment. Candidates should have experience in machining process development, defense/aerospace job shops, GD&T, engineering drawings, SolidWorks, and Mastercam, with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
