Description
JTEKT North America is hiring a Machining Process Engineer to own and improve CNC turning, grinding, and related machining processes on its Constant Velocity Joint lines. The role leads root-cause analysis, tooling and fixture design, SOP development, equipment capability and quality studies, process-change support, commissioning, documentation, data analysis, and floor-level mentoring. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience, at least three years of machining or process engineering experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing, and proficiency with CNC programming, troubleshooting, GD&T, SPC, and related manufacturing tools.
