The Machining Supervisor leads machining operations and oversees a team of Machinists, Operators, and Metal Finishers. They ensure adherence to safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives by managing personnel, equipment, and processes. The supervisor acts as the primary point of contact for production, inspection, and equipment issues, communicating with day-shift management.
