Howmet Fastening Systems is hiring a Machining Tech III-1st Shift for its Fullerton, California site. The role operates and troubleshoots routers, multiple-spindle equipment, and surface or pedestal grinders; sets up and adjusts tooling; produces high-quality aerospace fastener parts from titanium, aluminum, and stainless steel; performs first-piece verification and preventive maintenance; and supports 5S, autonomous maintenance, statistical process control, and EHS requirements. A high school diploma or GED and two years of machinery-operation experience are required, while fastener or aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred.
