The employer is seeking a Machining Technician / CNC Programmer in Bösel to create CNC programs for five-axis milling machines, test and implement machining strategies and tools, maintain databases, train employees, optimize processes and quality, perform administrative tasks, and potentially lead a team. The role requires completed vocational training as a machining technician, CNC programming experience with Top Solid or comparable software, shift availability, and German proficiency. Compensation is by agreement, with bonuses, a company pension plan, and referral premiums.
