EICKHOFF Personnel GmbH is hiring several Machining Technicians / CNC specialists for a three-shift CNC production role in high-tech mechanical engineering. The work involves setting up, configuring, and operating CNC cylindrical grinding and machining machines; machining metal components; installing fixtures; selecting and measuring tools; performing first-article and ongoing quality checks; and correcting deviations. Candidates should have completed relevant vocational training and experience in CNC turning, milling, or grinding, with CNC cylindrical grinding taught on-site through a structured buddy system. The role is based in Cologne, Bonn, or Frechen and offers IG Metall pay up to €30.83 per hour plus shift and Saturday bonuses.
