The partner company in light metal fabrication is hiring two Machining Technicians/Machine Operators at the Achim site for long-term employee leasing with subsequent takeover. The role involves machining aluminum components on CNC milling or turning machines without programming, producing medium and large production runs, monitoring and correcting process programs, and performing quality inspection. Applicants need vocational training or experience as a turner, milling machine operator, or machine operator, along with independent machine setup and operation skills, safe working practices, practical skills, shift willingness, and reliability. The position offers regular 40-hour workweeks, modern machinery, and tailored compensation.
