The employer is seeking full-time, temporary-staffing Machining Tool Operators for a long-term assignment in Isny, Allgäu. The role covers independent setup, programming, changeover, and operation of CNC turning, milling, or grinding machines; creation and optimization of CNC programs; production of precision components; quality and dimensional inspections; tool changes and tooling optimization; machine maintenance; and support for process and quality improvements. Applicants need a relevant machining or precision-engineering qualification, technical-drawing and measuring-tool proficiency, shift availability, German proficiency, and a quality-conscious working style; CNC experience is advantageous.
