Bolt Farm is hiring one Machinist to build and operate the end-to-end guest-experience operating system for its luxury retreat brand. The role owns AI guest intake, communications, guest touchpoints, service recovery, feedback-driven improvements, guest data integrity, and staffing models, while scaling from a flagship property toward a national portfolio.
