Description
Chromalloy is hiring a Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC and manual machining equipment for the repair and manufacturing of critical aerospace components. The role includes writing and troubleshooting CNC programs, machining precision parts, performing machine maintenance, interpreting engineering drawings, measuring tolerances, inspecting work, and maintaining a safe work area. The position is scheduled for the first shift, Monday through Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of manual machining experience, CNC and manual machine-tool experience, and knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming. The role is limited to U.S. persons and requires successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
