Mathias Die Company is hiring a Machinist in South St Paul, Minnesota to produce custom machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines and additional metal fabrication equipment. The role supports matched-metal-tool build processes, interprets blueprints and job tickets, maintains quality and safety standards, performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, manages production continuity, and handles inventory and stock ordering. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, postsecondary technical or college machining certification, three years of machining experience, computer knowledge, and the ability to lift 75 pounds and stand 90% of the work time.
