STS Aerospace is hiring a Machinist in Laconia, New Hampshire to set up and operate conventional, special-purpose, and numerical-control machines to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts. The role includes interpreting blueprints and specifications, measuring and marking workpieces, selecting and securing fixtures and tools, programming and adjusting CNC machines, inspecting finished parts, troubleshooting machining problems, and developing specifications from part descriptions. An associate degree or equivalent, or two to three years of related experience and training, is required.
