Description
The CNC Milling Machine Operator will set up and operate complex multi-axis milling jobs, make adjustments, read blueprints and work instructions, verify precision dimensions with micrometers, depth gages, height gages, and dial calipers, and hold tight tolerances on precision parts. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, surface grinding experience, CNC control knowledge, job-setup experience, strong mechanical and mathematical skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; five years of aerospace or high-precision manufacturing experience and three years of multi-axis milling experience are preferred.
