Description
The CNC Machinist interprets work orders, drawings, and specifications; loads, operates, and maintains CNC lathes, mills, and other machining equipment; programs or adjusts tooling; documents work in an ERP system; performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting; and inspects parts to meet tight tolerances and surface finishes. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of machinist experience, aerospace manufacturing knowledge, ISO and AS9100 familiarity, CNC programming knowledge, and experience with titanium, Inconel, and other super alloys. Desired qualifications include production and quality-control experience and Lean Manufacturing experience.
