Description
The Cold Heading Operator runs and maintains cold heading and roll threading production equipment, operates and troubleshoots single- and multi-blow machines, inspects tooling and setups, performs adjustments and preventative maintenance, repairs dies, loads coils, and ensures parts are made to print. The role requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, at least five years of cold heading equipment experience, strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint-reading ability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
