Description
Arnold Magnetic Technologies is hiring Machinists at Levels I through IV to produce precision components for high-performance magnetic solutions. The role involves operating, setting up, and programming manual and CNC equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, and Sodick Wire EDM; reading blueprints and GD&T; inspecting parts; adjusting machines; maintaining tooling and fixtures; troubleshooting; and supporting continuous improvement. Higher-level machinists may handle complex setups, programming, troubleshooting, and mentoring. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, machining experience, technical-drawing and GD&T knowledge, measurement-tool proficiency, shop-math skills, and familiarity with machining principles. The work is performed in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment and follows a Monday–Thursday 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. schedule.
