FLSmidth is hiring a CNC Machinist Lead in Winfield, West Virginia to oversee CNC machining operations, including work-order analysis, tooling and fixture setup, program verification, machine monitoring, preventive maintenance, production coordination, and training of Machinist I and II employees. The role requires at least six years of general machine-shop experience, CNC lathe, mill, and drill-press operation, floor-level programming, Mastercam familiarity, Mazak Matrix/Mazatrol controls, blueprint reading, and complex-part machining; multi-axis CNC experience is a plus.
