IPG is hiring a Mailer/Pouch Operator I for its Production department. The role operates mailer equipment, sets up and troubleshoots processes, monitors production and quality standards, records metrics, controls materials and inventory, coaches assistants, and follows safety and housekeeping requirements. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of manufacturing experience, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to work in temperatures above 95 degrees Fahrenheit and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
