Mauna Kea Resort is hiring a Kitchen Helper in its Culinary & Stewarding division. Under the guidance of culinary management and higher-rated cooks, the role supports daily Main Kitchen operations by preparing and plating breakfast, lunch, dinner, sandwiches, soups, salads, sauces, pasta, meats, fish, and poultry; setting up workstations and buffets; running food; assisting at banquet carving stations; checking food freshness and storage; and maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary kitchen while following food-handling and equipment-safety procedures.
