Description
The Technical Lead will support Mainframe applications while coordinating with distributed-system teams, ensuring system stability, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement through automation, intelligent monitoring, and process optimization. The role owns incident management, root-cause analysis, solutioning, estimation, capacity planning, Agile ceremonies, technical design, debugging, DB2 tuning, batch optimization, release management, and integration across COBOL, CICS, DB2, MQ, Java, APIs, and microservices. It requires 10+ years of Mainframe development and support experience, strong estimation and Agile delivery experience, and hands-on exposure to Mainframe and distributed-systems integration.
