Description
The Mainframe Engineer (Integration & Modernisation) will maintain, integrate, and modernise legacy mainframe systems, supporting COBOL, PL/I, JCL, batch processing, DB2, Java, APIs, and cloud platforms. The role includes data migration and transformation, SIT/UAT support, production troubleshooting, and delivery of stable legacy systems, integration services, migration outputs, and documentation. It requires 5–10 years of mainframe experience and knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2, and batch and transaction systems; Java integration, API enablement, AWS or GCC exposure, and modernisation experience are preferred.
