Description
The Mainframe Engineer will work remotely on a contract basis, designing and implementing automation solutions for mainframe systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting operational, technical, and business issues; developing automation for enterprise systems; communicating with stakeholders; leading and mentoring team members; and participating in on-call rotations. The role requires expert-level mainframe automation experience, advanced scripting, high-availability and recovery knowledge, and experience with monitoring and event management tools.
