Rocket Software is hiring a Mainframe Modernization Solutions Architect to analyze, design, and implement solutions supporting customers’ digital transformation journeys. The role focuses on modernizing mainframe legacy environments through hybrid-cloud infrastructure, cloud-native APIs, microservices, DevOps, and Rocket Enterprise Server platforms. The architect will lead customer and systems integrator engagements, conduct proof-of-concept pilots, provide architectural guidance, enable consulting partners, and deliver technical content. The position is remote, requires an advanced technical degree and 4–10 years of mainframe and legacy modernization experience, and offers a base salary of $154,575 to $194,650 per year.
