Description
The role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing TCP/IP and VTAM in a z/OS environment, administering central communication services, configuring and optimizing mainframe networks, and providing third-level troubleshooting for network, encryption, firewall, trace, and monitoring issues. It requires strong z/OS and mainframe knowledge, experience with TSO/ISPF, JCL, CICS, DB2, MQ, and Sysplex, along with expertise in TLS/SSL, cipher suites, AT-TLS, and cryptography.
