Description
The z/OS Systems Programmer will maintain, install, document, and customize the mainframe operating system and installed software; diagnose system and performance problems; execute configuration changes; implement vendor-supplied software; provide client and product support; and manage mainframe infrastructure and software installations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in this role, and expertise in z/OS, JCL, REXX, HLASM, system monitoring, sysplex, VTAM, TCP/IP, disaster recovery, and third-party print packages.
