Chubb is hiring a Mainframe Technical Lead – Application Support in Bengaluru for a full-time role supporting billing applications. The position leads production support, monitors task performance, coaches team members, serves as an escalation point for offshore teams and business users, investigates recurring issues, maintains incident and RCA documentation, reports on SLA and incident trends, improves system stability, and participates in modernization and AI-tool integration. It requires 10–14 years of hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and VSAM.
