Description
The employer is hiring a Mainline Excavator Operator for a direct-placement, full-time, permanent role in Front Royal, Virginia. The position operates a CAT 340 in mainline configuration to dig deep utility trenches to precise line and grade, set and advance heavy trench boxes, place structures, and protect pipe crews working in open trenches. The operator also completes equipment logs, performs walkarounds and fluid checks, and collaborates with the Team Lead and grade checkers. Candidates need at least three years of heavy excavator experience on underground utility and mainline pipelaying projects, proven trenching and structure-setting expertise, active OSHA 10 certification, and a valid driver's license.
